Our job is to make entrepreneurs successful. We focus on providing founders and the executive team with additional skills and bandwidth to make the right decisions, move quickly and gain market traction.

We begin by getting to know you and getting to know your business. Chemistry matters. You need to feel comfortable that we have some expertise and energy to bring to the conversation. We need to feel comfortable that you have something unique to offer to the market and that you’re ready to work with a partner to help navigate the next phase of your company’s growth.

Once we’ve collectively decided to move forward, we will work with you to layout your business priorities and determine how FINA can help you execute and achieve your next milestones. We then work toward an engagement model, which lays out specific deliverables and contract terms.

Every engagement is unique. Typically, there is an upfront investment of time and energy on FINA’s part during the early stage of the engagement. Since FINA is working with you as your partner, we will structure our compensation based on your available resources and your priorities, together with our interest to pay the bills and participate in the long term upside from your success.
